Mechanics

8. The Bonus must be used within 7 days from the date it was credited to an Eligible Player's account.

10. Bonus Spins expire 7 days after being issued.
11. Bonus Spins may only be used on the Selected Games.

Bonus Spins Specific Terms and Conditions:

13. Spins (the “Bonus Spins”) shall be credited to the Eligible Player’s account after making a deposit of $20 or more with a maximum of 100 Bonus Spins available.
14. Eligible Players must claim the Bonus Spins within 7 days from the date they are credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account.
15. If the Eligible Player does not claim their Bonus Spins within 7 days, the Bonus Spins shall expire and not be reissued.
16. The Bonus Spins can only be used on the Selected Games.
17. The Bonus Spins are valued at $0.10 per spin for Big Bass Bonanza and $0.20 per spin for Sweet Bonanza and Gates of Olympus.
18. Bonus Spins shall be available to play with but any winnings resulting from the Bonus Spins cannot be withdrawn until you have wagered your qualifying deposit + 10% bonus up to $2 at least once on Eligible Games. i.e. if you deposit $20, you will receive 100 bonus spins + a $2 bonus.  You must wager $22 on Eligible Games in order to withdraw any winnings. 19. The “Bonus Spin Requirements” are as follows:
    1. The Bonus Spins Requirements must be fulfilled within 7 days (the “Time Limit”);
    2. The Winnings from the Bonus Spins shall be lost and removed from the Eligible Player’s Website account if the Bonus Spins Requirements are not met within the Time Limit;
    3. Any winnings from Bonus Spins will be credited to the Eligible Player’s account as cash, but only after all available Bonus Spins have been utilized.

General:

20. Where a sum of money is noted in this promotion (“Promotional Amount”), and there is a requirement for such Promotional Amount to be converted from the advertised currency into your account currency, then this will be subject to the exchange rates offered by us at the time of conversion.
21. Where the Promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the Standard Terms and Conditions.
24. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. Wagering Requirements:

15. The wagering requirement is 30x the Casino Bonus amount. For every $1 in Casino Bonus value, the player must wager $30. For example: if a player receives a $5 Casino Bonus, the player must wager $150 to cash out the bonus and any associated winnings.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering:

25. After the player's account is credited with a bonus and the player starts a new game session, the bonus will be used first to complete the wagering requirements. Upon completion of the wagering requirements, any winnings will be credited to the player's cash balance, and any subsequent wagers will be debited from the cash balance.
26. For the Deposit Match bonus, deposit amount + bonus amount + any winnings are restricted until the wagering requirement is completed. The restricted amount is wagered first, followed by the available balance.

28. To cash out the Casino Bonus and associated winnings, the player must first complete the wagering requirement.

30. By dropping the bonus from this promotion, any Casino Bonus received as a result of the Deposit Match bonus will be forfeited. This includes the full amount of the initial Casino Bonus and any associated winnings.
31. For example, scenario 1: Player deposits $3,000, resulting in a $3,000 Casino Bonus, awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. The player then plays on eligible games and loses $500, after which the player decides to drop this bonus. As a result, the player's remaining available deposit will be $2,500, as they forfeit the full Casino Bonus of $3,000 by dropping out of the promotion.
32. Scenario 2: the player deposits $3,000, resulting in a $3,000 Casino Bonus, awarded as a Deposit Match bonus. The player then plays on eligible games and wins $500, after which the player decides to drop this bonus. As a result, the player's remaining available deposit will be $3,000, as they will forfeit the full Casino Bonus of $3,000 and the $500 winnings associated with it.

Party Casino reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution, or other error in any promotion communication or on the platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any promotion affecting the result of the promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
40. Party Casino reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
41. Upon request for cancellation, Party Casino will inform the player of the amount of unrestricted funds that will be returned upon cancellation and the value of restricted funds that will be removed from the player's interactive gaming account. If the player elects to proceed with cancellation, unrestricted funds remaining in a player's interactive gaming account will be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
