If you have access to your registered email address:
You can easily set a new password by requesting a password reset email here. Just enter your email address and date of birth, click on ‘Submit’, and follow the remaining steps.
If you don’t have access to or can’t remember your registered email address:
Don't have access to your email? Don't worry! Simply send us a message with a request to change your email. Just make sure to include the following info:
- 1. Your full name
- 2. Date of birth
- 3. The registered email address you longer have access to.
- 4. An image of your proof of identity (ID, passport, driving licence, etc.)
Once the email address has been updated on your account, we'll send you a confirmation email. From there, you can continue changing your password.
