This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their website account (the “Promoter”). 

Promotional Period 

1. The "Weekly Spins Drop” promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 00:01 (ET) 01.10.23 until 23:59 (ET) 31.10.2023 (the "Promotional Period").
2. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Who can claim this Promotion

4. Players must:
1. be over 19 years old;
2. have made a minimum of one (1) deposit in their on.partycasino.ca account; and be able to see the promotion in the ‘Offers’ section of their on.partycasino.ca account during the Promotional Period;
3. be physically located in Ontario;

 How to claim this Promotion 

5. During the month of October 2023, the following prizes will be awarded to Eligible Players who have wagered a minimum of $20 on any casino game (“Wagering Requirement”):
   1. Non-Deposit Casino Spins ("Spins")
6. Throughout the entire Promotional Period, the following prizes will be awarded to a total of 4,000 Eligible Players:
   1. 100,000 Spins

7. One prize drop will take place every Monday, between 09.10.23 and 01.11.23
8. Every 7 days, the first 1000 Eligible Players that meet the Wagering Requirement will be the winners .
9. Prizes will be credited to the winner’s account within 48 hours of each drop. 
10. All prizes must be claimed in the Eligible Player’s account within 7 days of being credited. If a Prize remains unclaimed for 7 days, it shall expire and not be re-issued.

 Non-Deposit Casino Spins Specific Conditions 

11. Spins are valid on Big Bass Bonanza
12. Spins are valued at $0.10 each.
13. Winners will receive 20 Spins.
14. To use the Spins, Eligible Players must click on and activate them within 7 days from the date they are credited to their account, or they will expire.
15. Once claimed, Eligible Players have 3 days to use the Spins.
16. Any funds won using the Spins will be credited as cash. 
17. Eligible Players can be awarded only once throughout the Promotional Period.

General

18. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
1. Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active (e.g. Winning $100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to $50 or less).
2. Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
3. Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.

19. Barring restricted games, most games count towards the wagering requirements detailed in the offer or promotion. Games and their respective wagering contribution/s are shown in the table below:

20. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the Promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
22. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this Promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
