Promotional Period

How to participate in this Promotion

4. To release the Golden chips an Eligible Player must place a real money bet meeting the following criteria:
1. It must be worth the amount shown on the prize and placed on any casino games;
2. It must be placed within 3 days of receiving the offer;

5. To claim the Golden chips, Eligible Players must log in to their account.
6. Each Golden chip has a value of $0.25 per chip.
7. The Golden chips must be used by an Eligible Player within 3 days from the time the Golden chips are credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued
8. The Golden chips are only valid on the games European Roulette Pro or Platinum Blackjack Pro.
9. Any funds won using the Golden chips will be credited as a withdrawal restricted bonus (the “Golden chips Bonus”) and will be visible in the ‘Offers’ section of the Eligible Player’s account until the Wagering Requirements (specified below) are met.
10. The Golden chips Bonus shall be forfeited and removed from an Eligible Player’s account if that Eligible Player does not use all the credited Golden chips within the Time Limit (as defined below).
11. The Golden chips Bonus shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirements (specified below) are met.
12. The Wagering Requirements must be met within 3 daysfrom the day it is credited (the “Time Limit”).
13. The Eligible Player shall lose the Golden chips Bonus amount and any winnings if the Wagering Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.
14.  Eligible Players can keep track of their Golden Chips in the ‘Offers’ section of their Website account.

15. To release the Live Casino Bonus an Eligible Player must place a real money bet meeting the following criteria:
• It must be worth the amount shown on the prize and placed on any Live Casino games;

16. The Live Casino Bonus value will be shown in the Live Casino Bonus section in each Eligible Player’s account.
17. The Live Casino Bonus can be used on all Live Casino games.  
18. The Live Casino Bonus has Wagering Requirements (as defined below).
19. The Live Casino Bonus is Withdrawal Restricted (i.e. bonus funds shall be available to play with, but cannot be withdrawn until the player meets the Requirements (as defined below).
20. The Live Casino Bonus will be available to claim in the ‘Offers’ section of the Eligible Player’s account for 24 hours. Failure to claim the Non-Deposit Live Casino Bonus within 24 hours will result in the bonus being forfeited and not be re-issued.
21. Once the Live Casino Bonus is claimed, bonus and any bonus winnings will be displayed as a restricted amount until the Wagering Requirements have been met.
22. The Wagering Requirements for the Live Casino Bonus are as follows:
    • The Bonus amount needs to be wagered 10 times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
23. The Wagering Requirements must be met within 3 days from the date the bonus was placed in your account (the ‘Time Limit’).

24. To release the Live Casino Bonus an Eligible Player must place a real money bet meeting the following criteria:
    1. The Cash Bonus has a value of $1/$2/$5 and will be credited immediately after winning.
    2. The Cash Bonus does not have any wagering requirements and can be immediately withdrawn by the Eligible Player.

General

25. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the  General Terms and Conditions.
27. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
28. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
